Codes including nursing & retirement homes, housing,
general obligation, special assessment districts, etc..
- Bankruptcy Information - Includes name of bankruptcy court,
date filed and case number.
- Current Status - Includes information, in chronological
order, from the date of the default through settlement.
Defaults are also coded for quick reference (see
sample).
- Settlement Details - Includes details of the settlement
agreement, amounts paid to bondholders, settlement dates,
refunding and refinancing information.
- Ratings history - Includes original rating given by Moody's
or S & P's, and ratings decline history.
- Trustee Information - Includes name of indenture trustee
or paying agent, phone number and contact. Also, attorney's
name and phone number if applicable. (Corporate defaults
include company contacts.)
